Hi guys.... here I am again, just drop by to post this beautiful butter cream icing cakes. One of my client requested me to make her red & pink flowers design butter icing cake and its came in my mind to make a daffodils flowers, and base on my researched ( wow researched lol!!) thats there some light colour red & pink daffodils, so its okey ain't. This is flavour chocolate and mocca buttercream icing, well that what my client's requested. The flowers are made of royal icing. I tried royal icing for my message but it was so disaster because my hand so shakin and I wasn't so happy for the outcome so I used fondant instead.
